    Verwendung
    Elektronisches Messsystem zum Messen der Einzugskräfte von Spannsystemen in Werkzeugmaschinenspindeln.
    Funktion
    Die Messung erfolgt über einen Präzisions-Kraftmessstab mit Dehnungs-Messstreifen.Dieser Kraftmessstab wird in die Maschinenspindel eingeführt und über das Spannsystem der Maschine angezogen. Die tatsächliche Einzugskraft kann direkt vom Anzeigegerät abgelesen werden.

    Die Messadapter müssen je nach Bedarf separat zugekauft werden.
    Hinweis
    Das Basisgerät hat einen Messbereich von 0 bis 100kN bei einer Messgenauigkeit von 0,5 %. Der Interne Speicher des Geräts kann bis zu 1000 Messwerte mit Datum- und Zeitstempel zur einfachen Dokumentation speichern.
    Alternativ kann mit der auf Android basierenden App gearbeitet werden.

    A regular check of the clamping force and draw-in force is imperative for a safe, precise, and productive process. These days no one can afford to manufacture with »theoretical clamping forces/draw-in forces«. Not to mention the fact that DIN EN 1550 requires that static clamping force measurements be carried out at regular intervals. The TESTit clamping force gauge measures and records the clamping force for O.D. clamping and I.D. clamping and even the draw-in force of hollow tapered shank locations. TESTit consists of two parts: The basic unit, which is the IT module, and the measuring units, which are the TEST modules. You only need the IT module once – regardless of whether you want to measure the clamping force at O.D. clamping or I.D. clamping or the draw-in force. It is so-to-speak the basis. Depending on the measurement application, there are different TEST modules that you can easily connect to the IT module via plug & play. Even special design TEST modules fit on the IT module. All aspects have been carefully considered! With TESTit you do not leave clamping force and draw-in force up to chance; you do prevent workpiece deformation and reduce scrap.

Basic knowledge about measuring equipment

In the world of machining, accuracy is paramount. Workpieces must be manufactured with the highest precision in order to ultimately deliver a flawless result to the customer. This is where measurement equipment comes into play. 

The general definition of the term measuring equipment: It refers to methods and systems for measuring quantities such as length, mass, force, pressure or electric current. Also known are measuring devices from measurement technology according to DIN 1319-2 under the term measuring equipment. Measuring instruments illustrate the measured values by means of scales or digital displays. 

In industry, protractors, dial gauges, tension gauges and calipers are used in particular. In machining production, there are numerous applications that require the use of precise testing instruments, for example the measurement of clamping and retracting force or the measurement of workpieces by means of a test pin.

The use of measuring equipment is primarily for quality control in the production process. A wide variety of measuring devices can be used for this purpose. Bore gauges, for example, can check the internal dimensions of your bores and digital dial gauges can detect differences in length. Various measuring devices are available, both for measuring forces and for measuring geometric values such as surface, height or concentricity.

In addition to quality control, safety is also an important factor, which is why dealing with the topic of measurement technology is of high importance. When measuring clamping force, for example, it is not enough to fall back on theoretical values.
