Return and refund policy
How can I return a product?
To return products, please contact the dealer of the prodcuct directly. Simply check in the order who sold you the product. See the Returns and Refunds Policy table for details of the different merchants' terms and conditions and their contact details.
If you need help, please contact our customer service. Simply send an e-mail to info@tool-arena.com. Please include the following information in the e-mail:
- Tool-Arena order number
- Your Tool-Arena customer number
- Contact details so that we can contact you directly.

Return deadline
By default, Tool-Arena allows a return period of 30 days, however, this period may vary for certain products at the discretion of the individual dealer. The return period set by the dealer must be given priority and applies in the event of any deviation from the return period set by the Tool-Arena.
Reasons and requirements for a return
Neither does the Tool-Arena determine the acceptable reasons for a return, nor can the dealer's decision be influenced here. After contacting the dealer, the dealer will inform you about the requirements, conditions and claims for a refund.
Are there any return fees?
The Tool-Arena does not charge any restocking fees, but it is at the dealer's discretion to charge a restocking fee, for example, to cover the costs of restocking. The Tool-Arena has no influence on this.
